  Today I went to the bank and when I got to the cashier with this lady named Makayla Duncan, she did not give me a good impression that she served me as she should. I went to make a transfer from my bank to another person who has that same bank and this lady told me that I could not do that, that I had to take out the money and then deposit it to that person. Every time I go here it has never happened to them that they do double work and they count the money in front of me and then make the deposit. But what bothers me the most is the way she tells you things. She also told me in a bad way that she needed my ID to make a copy and that I should not have my glasses on. I understand that but I repeat, she is not respectful, she has no way of serving people. I am sorry but that is my opinion. What happened today with this person and I hope I do not go back to her. One star is for the person not for the bank.

  I need help with signing into the app and Iris was amazing. She was the one who got put on the phone with. She helped me when a lot of the other employees were not being very helpful Iris is the best employee

  This review is for Iris only. Many other people have been difficult to work with, and also not understanding. But Iris is extremely helpful, and understanding!

  I have been a long time customer of over a decade and am beyond frustrated with this branch. I’m leaving the country and the place I’m traveling to won’t accept old bills. I’ve had to come in five different times, and every single visit I was treated like an inconvenience—especially by the Hispanic teller with long nails. I know this is possible because the assistant manager was kind enough get me $4000 from the volt in new bills a couple weeks ago, but I needed more funds. Now the manager, a younger Asian lady, suddenly says they “can’t.” Instead of helping, they made me withdraw money over and over. This has been an unnecessary nightmare. If I didn’t have my Corporation and multiple accounts here, I’d have moved everything already. And after this experience, I’m done — I’ll be moving all of my accounts to another credit union. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just basic customer service and for them to do their job.
