Apparently, bank rep we had an appt w had been entertaining a relative/friend a part from just bank business. They had been chatting since we entered the bank for our appointment at 10:55am... She saw us and never once came over to check on us. But then I guess that's to be expected from a bank that received a bailout from the government. Chase was more than happy to entertain our business thereafter.
