- AAAaron ADec 17, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I watched staff tell customers to come back because they had “too many deposits,” or say they couldn’t help them at this branch. They even refused to open a business account, telling the customer to return another time. The staff appeared lazy and unwilling to help. I do not recommend this branch at all. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Who is supposed to review all those documents when opening an account, and who checks the bank statements every month? Why not just send an email informing customers that this fee exists, and that if the feature is active, spending beyond your balance will result in a specific penalty?

Every time a new feature is activated, it comes with an unexpected charge first for exceeding the transaction balance, then a next-day service fee, and then something else the day after. It’s become too unpredictable and costly. I need to close my account with this bank as soon as possible.
