I went in a few nights ago to let my child cash in her piggy bank at their coin star. She was extremely happy to get to use her own money. However when we took the slip to the teller her attitude was extremely off putting. She seemed frustrated because she didn’t know how to do it for a non member (the slip says you are able to) and called over another person to help. In between there she made a comment about how “she wasn’t even ready” assuming she meant that when my daughter came up to her she was not ready. Again, they still couldn’t figure it out so she was going to have someone else come over. No biggie, but I let her know that I was going to go put my daughter in the car with her father so she didn’t have to wait any longer. As I was walking away she made a comment, but was quiet and I couldn’t make out what she said and I’d be right back anyways. I put my daughter in the car and went to go back to get her money for her and the doors were locked. The lady at the door just kept repeating that they were locked and she could no longer let me in even though the lady inside had my daughters money slip from coinstar. She said she’d be right back, grabbed the slip handed it to me and said “well she said she’d told you the doors would be locked”. I told her my daughters were excited and it truly doesn’t make sense why she wouldn’t have just finished the transaction rather then handing us the slips back when I was just in there and had to put my daughter in the car. Ultimately she talked to the manager and they had the first lady do the transaction. While opening the doors the lady however made it very clear that “this is a bank”, a “one time thing” and a “huge favor”. The first thing the teller said when I got to her was “I tried telling you they were locking it”. Truly I will never return to this bank and I hope your staff that was involved in this works on their customers service skills.

I’ve had an account for a significant amount of time. I have rarely had issues with my account, but the few times I do, it’s quickly resolved. The call center is extremely helpful and often doesn’t have a wait.
This location is clean, large, and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people.

I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees i've worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!

For over 25 years, I have been a member and I am so happy with the service received. WSECU has been there for me in unhappy times: my divorce, my Dad's passing and my Mom's health problems. WSECU hires compassionate and caring people. Also, Visa Fraud alerts you to possible misuse of your credit card. I love this security. Another benefit that WSECU has is helping their members find affordable home/ auto insurance. I have and will continue to recommend WSECU as a great financial institution.
