- MPMario PesacretaAug 12, 20251.0Been with the Chehalis branch 10 plus years. The last couple years have seen a huge decline in customer service. I was once left waiting for over 30min the only person in the drive through watching several customers walk in and get served before me. I once deposited cash and declined a receipt. An hour later I realized funds never got deposited. Had to drive back to bank, to find out they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Lost a deposit due to computer issue (it was made right). Had to call multiple times and sit and wait as they couldn’t figure out how to assign a pin to my debit card. Final, straw was when their bank policy didn’t allow my wife to sign over a check to me that was from her deceased mother’s estate. I’ll be closing my account. Very disappointed.
