- CBCrash and BurnOct 2, 20251.0This bank is so unreliable. The ATM is always down. Either can’t dispense money or accept deposits or both! It’s a constant issue. Time to find another bank. I want to be able to withdraw or add to my account whenever. Can’t use another bank without insane charges and there isn’t another Wells Fargo near by.

This happened on 07/04/2025 @ 6pm CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE and register a claim if it happens to you too, otherwise we'll never get our money back. REVIEW UPDATE 08/20/2025: WELLS FARGO, after investigating my claim, reimbursed me the total amount. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐ For that. Not 5 because there's always room for improvement.
