I could give them her name & her birthdate..but that wasn't enough.Ugh!! Can't they look it up? Terrible customer service in my opinion.

I want to be able to withdraw or add to my account whenever. Can’t use another bank without insane charges and there isn’t another Wells Fargo near by.
