I have had to use mobile deposit lately due to injury and not being able to go to the branch. Now takes forever to deposit the check and now only giving me not the same amount as usual so now i have no money to pay my bill and accour late fees.

I was making a payment on my loan and thought I would make my payment over the phone so I didn’t have to leave my dog alone at home again. I wasn’t told about the $20 over the phone payment fee and upon trying to call back I was told I can get my next fee waived? I understand the bank using this as a “training moment” as I was told when calling back but I’m too scared to make any payment with them over the phone again so I’ll only be going into branches from here on out and hope there isn’t another fee I wasn’t told about. I get and don’t want my whole loan payment canceled. I would prefer to just get my $20 back from this fee so I can pay another bill or get groceries with it. Update. I got my money back to pay necessary bills and an extra $10 for an apology. Still probably going to go into branch’s from here on out but very happy the team didn’t just forget about this and actually reached out to rectify the situation.
