Kenneth, the branch manager, made the process infinitely less intimidating. He laid everything out for my mom and me and went above and beyond calling credit lines and explaining processes. He was incredibly supportive of us and genuinely wanted to help. We'd still be ten steps behind if it wasn't for him. He's a treasure.
