  I have used two other Edward Jones investment representatives in the Vancouver area who were professional, communicative, and provided sound financial advice. However, when I moved over to this office due to other factors, I found the office staff unprofessional, barely courteous, and non-communicative about market changes. I have recently transferred my accounts to a Charles Schwab-affiliated investment representative and the customer service, competence and professionalism is outstanding. I would recommend going elsewhere.

  I met Bryan while driving him to the airport in Portland. I had been a Financial Advisor in a previous, pre-retirement life and we struck up a conversation. I asked Bryan when he was returning. When he came home I made an appointment with him to meet and discuss my Mothers' investments. I subsequently moved all of her funds to Bryan for him to manage. Bryan is far more concerned with doing the right thing for the client than he is in maximizing his bottom line. We have talked many times since and I find Bryan to be sincere, honest and caring. Of course, like all FA's, Bryan could not accomplish all he does by himself and has a top notch assistant in Monica. Monica always answers the phone with a smile in her voice and seems truly pleased to hear from you. Additionally, when my Mom suffered a stroke Monica made sure to get a get well card out to her and ALWAYS asks me how my Mom is doing when we talk. I feel so lucky to have met Bryan and Monica and can not stress enough how great they are to work with. Bryan and Monica, thanks for all you do for my Mom, for me and for our family. You are the best!

  Bryan has a way of explaining things in a way that anyone can understand. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. He is always looking for ways to help position us for a better retirement. I highly recommend reaching out and talking with Bryan, it will be your best step in becoming retired.

  This review of my financial advisor, Bryan Anderson, of Edward Jones, is one of great appreciation for the talent & expertise he brings to the table when handling my financial investments & retirement planning. My only regret would be not seeing him sooner. As you enter the office, you are pleasantly greeted by Monica Kingsbury, whom i believe, has been with him since day 1, and offers nothing but the best administrative services that reflect & compliment Bryans work. For all of you out there...please get the ball rolling for the benefit of your financial security and make an appointment with Bryan.

  Bryan is part of a networking group that I belong to and I have gotten to know him over the last 3 years. I have since Moved over a Large portion of my retirement funds over to him and his company. So far Everything has been Excellent! He is very Responsive to my calls, and answers my questions and concerns right away. I am also very excited to see how his work with SWEAP an organization that helps to protect retired people to not be taken advantage of. Thank You Bryan. Update: My Retirement Account has grown at an annual rate of 6.4% over the last 4 years. We are now setting up a College fund for our Granddaughter....
