- CCChico ChicoSep 19, 20251.0Going to Wells Fargo need to talk to specialist sit there for 15 minutes they're looking at me run around one person in the bank getting help and nobody says hey we'll be right with you or anything just you sit there like a bump on a log just had a simple question so I can use their Bank facility and maybe get a bank account but that's the service here I want no part of it simple thing I just want to know how to send money to the Philippines and get an account and move money over there but obviously they have more money

Primero tanto aqui en Google como en las puertas del mismo banco dicen que atienden desde las 9:00 am hasta las 5:00 pm pero si vas a las 9:00 en punto, no te atienden sino hasta las 9:05 o 9:10, luego esta el hecho de que no atienden hasta las 5:00 pm como esta escrito en las puertas y en Google sino hasta las 4:00 pm, y también si llegas 10 minutos antes de las 4:00 pm ya esta cerrado... Me parece muy limitado y ajustado el horario de atención al cliente, pues muchos en esas horas aún estamos en el trabajo o apenas saliendo, lo cual nos representa un inconveniente para ir a hacer tramites al banco
