- JKJacqueline KempMar 11, 20245.0This branch has had its ups and downs over the years, but current 2024 management has this location running ship-shape. The employees are friendly in a genuine way as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I get the sense that they’ve actually received quality training. I’ve had questions but have never felt the urge to ask, “Can I speak to your manager?” If an employee doesn’t know the answer, they take the initiative. Thank you, Burien branch, for stepping ahead of the game and providing a better customer experience than the other KeyBank branches.

They ask you for something that no other banks ask and the answer you get is oh well all banks are different. And takes forever to count a very small amount of cash. Worst experience. Will never come back to this branch.

About every month I am listening to my boss talk to these people on the phone about how when we try to set it up, they tell us to call customer service. Over and over she gets passed back and forth between this branch and whereever the hell customer service is. The issue STILL IS NOT RESOLVED. ATTN MARY HICKS- GET IT TOGETHER. WHY IS MY EMPLOYER HAVING TO SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH YOU GUYS ABOUT THIS SITUATION!! Enough is enough!! She has proven she is on this account! TWICE She is been in your branch about this! This should NOT be this difficult! Is this how you treat your customers?? We are trying to avoid that STUPID $3 paper statement fee...and yet, YOU DON'T HELP. RIDICULOUS. This is so aggravating! And a WASTE of time- for everybody involved!!!
