The employees are friendly in a genuine way as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I get the sense that they’ve actually received quality training. I’ve had questions but have never felt the urge to ask, “Can I speak to your manager?” If an employee doesn’t know the answer, they take the initiative. Thank you, Burien branch, for stepping ahead of the game and providing a better customer experience than the other KeyBank branches.

- SMS MNov 15, 20161.0Dislike that the wait is extremely long. For those of us who have kids to haul around, you would think the drive thru teller would be helpful. However takes over 20 minutes to receive service and that's just to deposit. Worst customer service and always short staffed.
