  Your staff telling us they booked for walkins to just add someone for a bank account. You should just close the branch its useless.

  I can't remember the last time I had to actually enter a bank, but I recently had a question about my account and went into this location. I had a very positive experience. Arielle was informative, friendly, and very helpful with my questions. She helped me set up an appointment and I would return to this location again.

  This place is amazing! I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I have been banking here for over a year and the staff is wonderful. People need to be more patient if you don’t like their service do your banking at the ATM or online.

  I stopped at this Wells Fargo on Friday with a check to cash written to me from my fiance and only minutes to spare before I was late to meet the private party seller of used truck I was purchasing. The line was short and by the looks of it I was going to get out of there with plenty of time to meet the seller who only had a short window before he had to head to his job. When it was my turn I gave the teller the check with my ID. It was at this point that she informed me that the signature on the check didn't match previous signatures from my fiance's bank account. She also stated that there have been no checks cashed on this account in the last 200 transactions. She stated that the only way we could cash the check is if we got in touch with with my fiance. I Informed the bank teller that my fiance Works home health and is most likely with the patient. She informed me that there was nothing they could do until they get in touch with my fiance. I'm assuming that because I had just gotten off of work they Judged Me based on my messy appearance. She told me that I could have a seat and wait until they get in contact with my fiance. I think at this point they expected me to leave. Instead i waited patiently while efforts to contact my fiance continued intermittently over the next 45 minutes. By the time we did get the confirmation from my fiance it was too late and I couldn't keep my appointment with the seller. I wouldn't bet bank at this Wells Fargo and I wouldn't bank at any Wells Fargo. Judge not lest ye be judged!
