- MOMichael OwsiakFeb 9, 20241.0My experience is as follows. First, the investment planning software seemed very one dimensional in its output. I’m not convinced the software actually takes into account my risk tolerance when coming up with an investment plan. Second, I’m generally skeptical of being told to ‘put all my money in the market’. Third, when I found out that the branch opened a $0 account in my name, I requested the account to be closed but the branch failed to close the account until I engaged the corporate office and filed a verbal complaint. Lastly, I was told certain capabilities (e.g., estate planner) were onsite but when I visited, I was told that I’d have to be referred out. they didn’t get my business.
