She has helped me with two wire transfers after setting up a new investment account. If I could rate her higher than five stars, I would! Great branch, even better staff. That includes you, Carol! Bothell is now going to be my new home branch.

I have developed great relationships with all of them through sharing stories and sharing laughs! Our many conversations with them have convinced me to become a bigger part of the Bothell community. With their encouragement i have joined the rotary & chamber of commerce. And today, much to their shock and awe, I have FINALLY opened an account!!! I will slowly start weaning myself off of BOA whom I've been with since 1983. Hats off to Carol, Maggie, Isha and branch manager, Fabi, for being the best part of bothell. It's always a pleasure dropping in!! I look forward to our future visits! ....AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE GOOD CANDY!!😁 Thanks for being Awesome!!! Tiger B.

I moved my services to Banner after sitting in on a conversation with my mom and talking with the tellers. Real customer service from real people in Bothell.
