- DJD JenkinsOct 10, 20251.0This is the worst bank I've ever been with. The original Columbia Bank was great! Been with them since 1992. The Umpqua switch destroyed this place. Now the name is back, but that's about it! Slow service, a horrific clunky telephone system that was just installed, slow ATM's that don't accept deposits, are what we have today. Going to search for a new bank.

- SPStephanie PetersonSep 24, 20241.0I had my debit card compromised and need a new one printed. Options are wait 7-10 days for a mailed one or go into a branch. I arrived, waited 35 mins (they told me 20-30 as they helped other people) and then was told it’ll be 30 more mins before I could get my new card. They wouldn’t even print one that I can come back to pick up later because someone had forgotten to pick theirs up and they had to shred the card so they don’t do that anymore. Poor service, slow representatives, only one person who can open acounts/print debit cards. Also there is no way to call and talk to someone at the branch ahead of time. You have to go in and just wait - others walked in and saw the line and just left. Since Umpqua bought out Columbia bank it has gone downhill in customer service. I’ve been a Columbia bank customer for 25 years, this is not acceptable.
