I’ve been dealing with them for a few years now and I know several of the workers on a first name basis. The level of customer service is unmatched. They are always so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend this location specifically!
- PGPaul GJul 24, 20251.00 out of 0 for this bank. Just another extremely poorly run bank... First and foremost, they closed early today. It was close... But definitely 2 minutes before the posted closing time. The last time I was in to make a mortgage payment they told me the account number was wrong (it wasn't) and then virtually refused to help me. Unfortunately, I'm selling a few houses in the next couple months and you will not be getting any of my business. Do better. Customer service is actually not that hard, but you do have to have minimal professionalism.

This place calls itself a bank, but apparently is unable to handle coinage unless it is already shrouded in paper. Is that not the task of the bank? I am expected to perform this duty manually? TO WHAT END? Other aspects non-withstanding, it is difficult to recommend an establishment with such a caviler attitude towards its basic functions. One wonders what other basic functions have gone ignored for reasons unknown. I guess it is time to find an alternative bank with less blatant practices advancing subtle class warfare. PS No drive through ATM. ARE WE NOT IN AMERICA?
