    Working with Emily James at the N. State St Keybank has been, by far, the worst banking experience in my life! I've banked with MANY institutions. Varying from real banks, credit unions, check cashing stores/prepaid debit cards (i.e. Ace Cash Express), and online banks. All have pros and cons. In no way do I expect perfection. I DO, however, expect professionalism, honesty, integrity, and when it's called for, accountability. Is it too much to ask for a little bit of compassion and/or empathy? Instead I was given excuses, lies, major attitude, I was belittled, gaslighted, blamed, and insulted. I feel like Emily took a personal, financial, and very intentional attack at me. I feel it was all due to a mistake on her end. I was told by four separate customer service agents to go to the branch to collect the balance of my (soon to be closed) account. I even went as far as to bring my phone into the branch and have her talk to one of the agents. Who she belittled, as well. Claiming that "everyone at the customer service center needs to be re-trained". Now I have to wait for a second check to come in the mail. Which most likely wont be until next week. Way to make someone's life even harder than it's already been. I have kids and bills to take care of. I'll probably get paid again before I get to spend the money from my first paycheck. Thank you very much, Emily! May God bless you, and bring you nothing but happiness from this day forward! I know this will all be worth the trouble. Or, you'll have saved me from making another terrible money decision. So, this is the last time I mention the bad day YOU were having!

    The young kid behind the counter was too lazy to change my last name while I was in the building doing grabbing cash from him. I won't be listening to him next time consider he knew nothing he spoke of he said I could online which is a LIE.
