  I had an appointment today at 10:30am with a banker at this location. In the morning, she called me and asked me to go to a different branch instead. Once I arrived, the experience was very unpleasant. She repeatedly interrupted my conversation with my husband, was overly pushy about trying to get me to deposit more money, at end she is laughing at me because I said I don’t have money to put in the account that she keeps asking for and came across as very rude throughout the appointment. I left feeling frustrated and upset. Later, I went to another Wells Fargo branch and had a completely opposite experience—the staff there were professional, respectful, and very helpful. I will definitely be choosing that location moving forward.

  @ "Worst Bank Ridiculous banking practices" - It's a small world. I was opening my account and overheard your conversation with Greg. Greg was trying very hard to try and give you a solution to your issue. You were rude and not cooperating with him. You're stubborn and not understanding how a bank account works. I'm in construction and even I know how it works. I'm not sure how it works in India, but in the USA, you have to use your account. Why do you think Wells Fargo should keep your account open at a zero balance? It's been a few years but I remember you banked somewhere else and used Wells Fargo as some sort of transfer account. That's not banking. That's wasting the bankers time. Because of you, I had to wait 15 more minutes on my lunch break. Wells still suck as much as any big bank. But at least I'm not giving sheitty reviews to the 10 people who uses google+
