- YYYuting YangAug 26, 20251.0I had an appointment today at 10:30am with a banker at this location. In the morning, she called me and asked me to go to a different branch instead. Once I arrived, the experience was very unpleasant. She repeatedly interrupted my conversation with my husband, was overly pushy about trying to get me to deposit more money, at end she is laughing at me because I said I don’t have money to put in the account that she keeps asking for and came across as very rude throughout the appointment. I left feeling frustrated and upset. Later, I went to another Wells Fargo branch and had a completely opposite experience—the staff there were professional, respectful, and very helpful. I will definitely be choosing that location moving forward.
