I went into this location to cash a check like I normally can at a key bank(note: my check is a key bank check) and was told I can't cash it because I don't have an account. However, at the key bank in Newcastle I am always able to cash a check! Without an account because it is a KEY BANK CHECK. When I asked for the branch managers name and the associate working at the time they refused! This happened today at 11am at the factoria location. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BANK!!!

- AYAshley YehJun 17, 20201.0Don't go hear for a loan, the loan officers don't listen to you whatsoever. We went through the whole process of trying to get a home loan and 2 days before we were supposed to close on the house they let us know that they couldn't accept my income because I was a "contractor". The loan officer then claimed that we never told him this, but we told him day one and asked which employer information they would like. The officer kept lying to cover their tracks and it was infuriating. We are now left scrambling to get another loan approved and all the other lenders we have talked to agree that my income should not have been discounted.
