- AMAnna MAug 1, 20145.0This is a really nice bank--in every location. I've been banking with Columbia for years. My biggest criticism is they have very few locations in the area. Redmond is the next closest, and ATMs are only at the bank locations themselves. The service is posh and warm, and the tellers remember me. I like how the interior is open with desks you can sit at, instead of the clinical privacy kiosks most banks have. They'll answer questions and deal with customer service issues. Opening accounts, making deposits, is easy. I've had a car loan through them too. If I show up in the drive through with a check and no deposit slip, they're perfectly friendly about helping me.
