  Awful customer service here. The brand itself is pathetic but you can usually find branches with good people willing to actually assist you and do their job. This isnt one of them.

  Been with WF for almost 15 years, ran a business through them, ran two houses through them. But when I called and explained how I needed to deposit a check bigger then my daily limit and why, I was just told there was nothing they can do. I called the 800 number and was told the same thing. It's not like I wanted to take OUT more, I wanted to put more IN. Since this is the new level of customer service, I have already started looking elsewhere at local banks and will transfer all my accounts over and leave WF.

  We have been long time wells fargo customers. I certainly understand that things change but the experience is just not how it should be in my opinion. First off, you can't stop by to see a banker anymore as your schedule allows. You have to schedule in advance which is often hard to do with kiddos in tow. There customer service has been ok, but sometimes feels a bit over the top. I'm there for business, lets stick to the topic at hand, lets get the business done and lets move on. Talking about other services only wastes time.

  Longtime Wells Fargo customer in Seattle. I'm in Longview for a relative's hospice care. No branches here so had to drive to this location, unfortunately at 1am to put in a check. But ATM kiosk at driveway won't accept it. Had to drive to Vancouver. I'm PO'd right now! Lots of gas wasted!
