  Lori and Amber are professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and friendly. I know nothing of what I had out there. They assisted me in bringing into one and helping me understand it. I wouldn’t trust any other duo.

  Lori Ruiz listened and has helped us plan for our financial future and helps them grow. I wasn’t sure if she could help us as we are just starting off with our financial goals and growing them but she has done that and more.

  Lori is a professional that truly cares about her clients! My father recently passed away and he had an account with her. When Lori learned of my father's passing she Immediately reached out to me to offer condolences as well as support to review his account and sort through all the legal "stuff". Lori went out of her way to assist me in making phone calls, and reaching out to other financial institutions (including banks, other investment firms, mortgage company, life insurance policies, etc). Throughout the entire process she was professional yet warm and comforting. She wanted to make the transition was easy as possible for me and in my opinion went well above and beyond her scope of work. She spent a significant amount of time reviewing documents and helping me understand processes and what to expect. She maintained a smile and positive/professional attitude through my barrage of questions. As a someone that recently lost a family member I couldn't be more pleased with the service and support I received! Lori is a true gem and has certainly earned my respect and trust. It is without hesitation that I recommend Lori Ruiz with a 5 star rating!
