    After spending over three months researching local banks and credit unions on and near Bainbridge Island, WA, I found a winner that stands out above the rest. Key Bank on Bainbridge Island is the best banking experience I have ever had. Personal connection, great rates, banking products that suit my needs, financial education and a truly local supportive feel. When I first called to get some basic information, Sara, the branch manager, answered and immediately stood out because of her friendly, knowledgable, welcoming attitude. When I walked in a week later to ask a few more questions, Sara remembered me from our phone conversation alone! Opening my accounts with Amanda, the personal banker, was easy, fun, (yes, fun) and I got so many financial questions answered about banking and finances in general while she processed my new accounts. Wyatt has always been kind, friendly and welcoming. Same goes for Teri who always welcomes me with a smile. The entire staff demonstrates consistent excellence and above and beyond service. Highly recommend Key Bank Bainbridge Island branch!

    Opened a smart checking account here for in person service and paper checks to pair with an online banking account. Love the zero fees checking. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend, especially when compared to the fees of banks like Chase or Wells Fargo
