This has happened to me a couple of times. I have three accounts at Columbia Bank and am considering closing them. If someone doesn't get on the phone soon, I'm done.

Every convenience, drive through, parking, not needing to go into town, kindly customer service has been taken away. There is one young woman at Winslow branch I enjoy. I’ve had major privacy issues, delays with online banking that have cost me and every time I have to go in it’s a thrash.I am trapped for the moment but will be closing my account of 40 years asap.
