  (Edit) For those who would like to park when street parking is full, just make a withdrawal from the ATM and collect your receipt of transaction proving you are a Wells Fargo customer who has done recent business with them (even if you don’t bank with them) so if they Tow your car you can sue them. They can’t do anything if you make that withdrawal and have a receipt. Don’t listen to their desperate garbage customer service. Can’t let businesses bully us out of free parking, especially when their customers won’t use their parking lot and takes up the street parking we are supposed to use. I parked in the parking lot because I saw two Well Fargo customers take up the rest of safe parking in the street to access the ATM, with spots available in the Wells Fargo parking lot. Security harassed me after I parked to go buy a vape across the street, 3 minutes. She told me I could park in the street, since Wells Fargo customers complain too much about no parking. I went to park in the last open spot in the street as security instructed, but then a Wells Fargo customer parked in the street instead of your EMPTY PARKING LOT. So, I parked in a different parking lot, and I told the security officer she was so kind to make me park FURTHER while all her customers hog STREET PARKING. I also use a cane and it’s hard to walk at the moment, which she knew. I was keeping my options open in the future for which banks I’d like to use, I see your reviews aren’t the best and now I see why. Stupid logic, zero respect for disabled people. I didn’t catch her name but she wore beanie and glasses. I went to use the ATM so I could be a customer but she told me I would have to move my car anyway. Wish this business cared more about people, but it’s just like any business out there. There’s something very off putting about a banking business being so irresponsible and uncaring. You take responsibility for your own parking lot and threaten prosecution, but have no problem flooding public parking while your parking lot remains empty. You don’t question anything while your lot is empty and your business is full. How responsible and efficient. Efficient for you to dodge responsibility conveniently, flooding public parking, but taking responsibility fining people, harassing people and towing their cars just cause you can. Mhm, these people won’t even let you park how are they gonna handle your financials and debt?

They were patient and sympathetic to my situation after attempts over the phone to Wells Fargo customer service. I appreciate the customer service I received and the resolution of my stressful situation.
