We have been trying to pay off our car loan and obtain the title for over 30 days now, and despite numerous attempts to contact the bank, we still have not received the necessary information. This delay is not only causing us stress and frustration, but it is also putting us at risk of facing fines and problems with the DMV. we would strongly advise the population to avoid dealing with Umpqua Bank at all costs. Their lack of communication and inability to provide timely and efficient service is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and go with a different bank that values their customers and respects their time.
