I'm writing this because I believe the people who gave them a negative review~ they've got to be those kind of people who just like complaining without realizing that their own attitudes have real world impacts~ and this team of professionals don't deserve that kind of review. This is an excellent bank, and an excellent branch. I've been with them for decades, so I can give you an experienced and honest review.
- NRnichole RandallNov 9, 20231.0If I could select 0 stars I would !!! I switched to this bank thinking it'd be more convenient since it's who my employer uses. Now over 300 dollars in overdraft fees I regret it !!!! They told me that this overdraft consent thing was on , so I turned it off. Only to find out that it never processed as off! So all of my debit subscriptions went through! Typically at my previous banks they would just be placed on hold till my paycheck hit. Not this bank !!! I also would deposit funds in my account to cover the negative balance only to be told that those deposits were pending so they didn't really make my balance positive till the next day so I was charged overdraft fees anyway! I've been charged 13 overdraft fees since November 1st. I've put over 400 $ into my account and it's still somehow negative 350$ !!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!
