- SBSally BeemMar 23, 20191.0Not the nice little home town feel any longer. Big corporate feel now. Liked INB a lot better. Thinking of changing to STCU Adding to my previous post..when the bank read my post they started sending me surveys to fill out on the tellers. I was very happy with the tellers but unhappy with bank procedures. The charge you for everything. I am retired on fixed income trying to save money in a savings acct. They charged me 6.99 a month to save. They gave me 4 cents interest. When I got money from atm using my debit card they charged me another charge on top of the expected charge at the atm. So it cost 7.50 to get money from an atm that is not at the bank. THIS is why I switched to STCU. they dont charge a second atm charge and in 3 months I have gotten 5.00 in interest on my savings. Only thing good about FIB are the nice tellers. STCU is a much more consumer friendly bank
