- JSJacob SillsJan 1, 20251.0The workers are kind but the bank itself is unreliable this morning my card no longer worked and I just got this card its new not damaged and i can't even pull money out the atm I work late nights and the app and cards declining saying I have no funds when I have more than 100 in the bank is rather frustrating the only reason I'm not leaving this bank is because it's so close and i have no time to find another but it's screwed me over so much today I just want to use my money fix your app fix your cards I'm staring at money I can't use and it's the most enraging feeling when you wait 2 hours for food and your card declines even tho I have money in the bank fix it!! FIX YOUR APP the workers at the bank always kind and respectful but the app is garbage it's an inconvenience and it's embarrassing no matter what I did no matter how much money I transfered to my card I couldn't by a couple cheap sandwiches do you know how much it sucks to have enough money and still get a declined card that I just got replaced
