Called a few times to let them know that unauthorized people are parked there and their customers can't come in to do bank business. No one bothered to pick up the phone. Clearly they don't care about their customers

- LBLance BrownDec 16, 20241.0Went to close my account on a Thursday because of such horrible service, a savings account that has no interest and high service charges. They assured me the account would be closed on Friday. Friday I’m overdrafted by 20cents because the teller did the math wrong. The new teller didn’t know how to fix 20 cents to they credit me $15, took the 20 cents and said it was all taken care of. Monday my account is over drawn $18 when the account was supposed to be closed on Friday. Now I have to pay $18 to close the account because the messed up so many times. They said the only way to fix it is for me to drive the 25 minutes to the bank and pay them. Because their teller can’t do math ,which a bank teller should be able to do math (they have multiple calculators there) I owe them more money then when I started. I’m also supposed to have overdrawn protection but they dont know why it didn’t work but somehow it’s my fault
