  ATM froze while I was depositing cash and a check now it’s all messed up and I have to file a claim….how can you have ATMs that freeze like this and expect anyone to bank with you.

  ATM stole $300 of my tips, my primary income. They drag out checking machine, tell me I benefited from forced deposit, when their machine had error come across screen during deposit, then they tell me I'm lying about how much I deposited. I deposit cash all the time after weekends at work, and ATM in Williston branch took $300 from me, never deposited larger bills, branch manager admitted machine does not like larger bills, yet I'm a liar. There was an error and they refused to fix and kept my money. I'm no liar or thief, I want what I earned at my job and I'm absolutely certain I deposited, yet my own bank is stealing money from me.

  I went there to get a new credit card because there had been fraudulent activity on my previous card & the customer rep at TD Credit card service couldn't issue a new card because she kept telling me that my routing number on my checking account was wrong & that I needed to go to the branch! So I went to that branch & they issued the new credit card & said I could still make a payment on the new card and I did but now when I look at my account, no payment was made, and I just got a late fee on my account even though I have a receipt that shows that I paid on time. The teller seem to have no clue on what to do, same with the customer service representative.
