I wait on hold 20 minutes, finally get through and they say "Oh, that's another department, let me transfer you." Then I wait on hold another 20 minutes. Then they answer and have to transfer me to another department, so I wait for another 15 minutes. Large banks like this are a plague in the country, I'm going to see about moving my mortgage to a smaller local bank.
