- TAThe AvengerJul 1, 20255.0I love Key Bank! I used to only belong to credit unions. After frustration after frustration I switched. At Key Bank. They're fast. I can get in and out quick and I love getting my husband's paycheck on Wednesdays instead of Fridays. I also get to chat with the manager of the bank. Also they don't charge you an overdraft as long as you put the money in by the end of the day. Credit unions charge overdraft on a dollar and you have to call to negotiate removal.

For our clients’ security, we will typically limit withdrawals at drive-thrus to $2,500 and will require proper identification for all transactions." I recommend training your tellers on this. It seems pretty basic to me. I was denied withdrawing MY money today despite having multiple government issued and valid IDs and my debit card for KEY BANK. Come on now...
