I opened an account because I am collecting coins, I was getting 2 boxes of pennies a week, then they said I could only get 1 box a week, now they call me at home and said no more coins, we can't give you anymore, how unfair is this it is a bank isn't it. I even called and asked Loomis if the bank could order me pennies a week they said yes, so I went to key bank and Ronnie the teller said no she's not going to do that. Why can't I get pennies from this bank I have an account, this is discrimination on a handicapped and disabled person which I will consider taking this further in action.

Key bank is the worst bank to do business with. Middlebury vt branch did something totally screwy.
I brought a bogus cashiers check someone was trying to have me cash for business. I was not convinced it was real so i brought it to the bank. They were unsure it was real so they Told me to deposit it and wait and see, I followed their directions and when it was returned they closed my account permanently. I had been a customer
for11 years. They did not even call me. Very bad business.
