If someone needs to reset their password for online banking because they’re locked out outside normal business hours, calling a customer service line that doesn’t have active callers to resolve a simple issue is disappointing. If I can put in my account details and confirm with my social for information on my account, then I should be able to reset my online banking password in the same way or at least have a 24hr line that I can call that doesn’t tell me to wait for business hours. I wouldn’t really consider online banking a 24hr service as advertised without a dedicated 24hr customer service line. Thankfully, not an emergency, but it could have been. I hope that this feedback will be actively considered. If you got this far, thank you for your time.
