    I am writing as a satisfied customer that the employees at TD in Morrisville are always very nice and take care of me everytime. Always with a kind greeting and in a timely manner. I would suggest them anytime.

    If there was an award for terrible customer service - This TD Bank would have it! I come to this location to drop deposits off for my employer, there is only one lady who is kind and courteous. Today, i spoke to “chelsea” three times, and her attitude was horrendous!! The customer service is SO BAD that no one from my department wants to come in the lobby! No matter what we do; these ladies are never happy! I will hopefully be reaching out to a manager on Monday.

    The people in the branch have always been very nice and helpful, they are not my problem. The larger bank, the corporation itself, is responsible for having put my phone deposit of my paycheck on hold for a period of more than a week for some unknown reason. Nothing I can do about it. Meanwhile, my mortgage is due and they have locked up my money. Very frustrating and unnecessary. I will remove my money and terminate my account as soon as they free my paycheck next week. Service fees are excessive as well. Goodbye TD Corp.
