- PLPatrick LeonardNov 29, 20163.0The review from 5 years ago is incorrect. It is still Mascoma Savings bank, infact it has recently been remodeled and is very nice inside and out.. I don't have an account but I do business with them from time to time. Everyone is very friendly but the ATM is constantly messed up. Based on what I know I would recommend this bank if you live in the upper Valley of Vermont/New Hampshire. as there is several locations throughout the area. However I do not know about there interest rates or policy's.
