Thieves. Their Drive-Thru bank machine stole me 100$ last August 23th 2025, on our way to Champlain Valley Fair. I made a complaint but never got my money back.

Very unhelpful with resolving simple account questions. I will be transferring my services elsewhere and would advise others to bank elsewhere. They will not value your business.

One of the worst banks I’ve ever been too very unprofessional and tells you misleading information, legit went in set up a bank account with Alicia and she told be a bunch of BS just to get me to setup a account mind you legit never was asked for my social security card never have I had a bank need my social in order to access my money they legit would not give me my money yesterday told me I had to come back the weekday to get my money, sorry to say you can cash your check and it’s all available to you right away, NOT at key bank they withhold it also lock you out of your money than say you have to come back during the week day so they can call the place that allows them access to get my money out of my account! MY MONEY!!!! Such BS and so weird definitely don’t recommend keybank to anyone you are better off going to a Credit union! Keybank is a Joke, there staff are also very not intelligent and very rude.
