- LOLost on42ndStOct 23, 20251.0Thieves. Their Drive-Thru bank machine stole me 100$ last August 23th 2025, on our way to Champlain Valley Fair. I made a complaint but never got my money back.

Not giving me the specific bills requested even for a low dollar amount, asking me what I'm using my money for, asking for my SSN after my account is established...there are red flags everywhere. I have not noticed any standardized practice or knowledge base across KeyBank branches. There is room for improvement and I hope a regional manager takes notice and implements some standardization and TRAINING before tellers interface with customers. IDK how many times I can stop to a KeyBank wanting to take cash out and be denied or have to jump through hoops. My patience and understanding is wearing thin...
