- HDHon DroNov 14, 20251.0So the tellers there are typically pretty slow. I mean I've really never had any teller at any bank ever take as long to cash a check. But it reached a new low this week. Went in on my lunch break to cash a check, the teller eventually finishes up his conversation with the client before us, then politely tells us it'll be a short wait because he's going on his lunch break. Understandable. Half an hour or so goes by, no one comes to replace him. Meanwhile, the teller next to us is still making conversation and laughing it up with the client he's been talking to for at least the last half hour. We ended up leaving before anyone came because I had to get back to work. Thanks for wasting my lunch hour.

Over multiple interactions on a challenging case they were nothing but kind, supportive, and helpful. Now when I come in they recognize me, so it feels more like a local bank than a large chain. I am grateful to them, and have been very pleased with their service.
