After 45 years at the same bank in Burlington, I moved my 3 accounts (personal, business, and the nonprofit I manage) to Mascoma Bank. I'm so happy with my decision! Mascoma offers both wonderful banking options and responsive customer service---Wyatt and Heather are never too busy to answer a question. And I really appreciate the feel of a smaller bank. It's especially nice to have a branch right in the neighborhood!

Wyatt and Parker are exceptional! I poked in to discuss setting up a business bank account and was pleasantly surprised to engage in twenty minutes of patient, thoughtful advice. Glad to have an ethically responsible bank right down the block!

Great little bank. Have been using for business banking and it’s been great - friendly and easy customer service, no fees and lots of options.

I asked if I could get quarters for a $20 and they refused. Said I needed to be a "customer".
