Cleveland-based KeyCorp is one of the nation’s largest bank-based financial services companies, with assets of approximately $93.8 billion. Key companies provide investment management, retail and commercial banking, consumer finance, and investment banking products and services to individuals and companies throughout the United States and, for certain businesses, internationally. The company’s businesses deliver their products and services through branches and offices; a network of 1,200+ ATMs; telephone banking centers 800-KEY2YOU®; and a website, Key.com®, and mobile app that provides account access and financial products 24 hours a day.
As a small business owner, working with Edward Sheldon to find financial products that fit our companies needs was a stress-free and efficient endeavor. His friendly, open and personable manner made each phone call a pleasure. Never did we feel we were being "sold" a product, rather the feeling was one of assistance to a financial goal. We look forward to working with him again for both our business and personal banking.

The one thing I do not like about this bank is that you can not cash a check written from an account of this bank without paying a fee or having an account here. It is a pet peeve of mine. I see these fees to decrease the value of any financial transactions by people who offer this banks checks for payments of services or products.

If you read a review from Lisa Shippee- she tells the truth. That's just one of many problems at this branch. I actually attempted assisting Lisa with multiple problems that she had. Manager was dishonest and unethical. Made promises to Lisa that were totally fabricated- felt horrible for Lisa- I couldn't do anything because I was told to basically ignore her. I'm shocked that this bank is still in business. Manager screams in front of customers, swears and argues on her phone outside-( next to daycare center!?!) Just a totally disturbing branch/bank
