His friendly, open and personable manner made each phone call a pleasure. Never did we feel we were being "sold" a product, rather the feeling was one of assistance to a financial goal. We look forward to working with him again for both our business and personal banking.

It is a pet peeve of mine. I see these fees to decrease the value of any financial transactions by people who offer this banks checks for payments of services or products.

I actually attempted assisting Lisa with multiple problems that she had. Manager was dishonest and unethical. Made promises to Lisa that were totally fabricated- felt horrible for Lisa- I couldn't do anything because I was told to basically ignore her. I'm shocked that this bank is still in business. Manager screams in front of customers, swears and argues on her phone outside-( next to daycare center!?!) Just a totally disturbing branch/bank
