    Very pleasant and helpful group. Dakota came overer to help when she heard that we had problems with the mobile app. We highly recommend this TD Bank branch office.

    Claim to be convenient but local branch open less hours than local banks and takes longer for checks to clear, even if they are written from other TD accounts.

    was paid with a check from this bank. Went to cash it and they wanted to charge me $10 because I don't have an account with them. Now I remember why I dumped them as my own bank years ago. They are cheap, hateful, greedy and the staff there are RUDE.

    I guess most of the time it was just regular polite tellers but then there was some insanity. I have never never never had such a bad experience at a bank. Ever. There was a mistake, I let them know by calling them. (I was letting them know they deposited too much money in my account btw). They didn't help me, they didn't call me back. They locked my account. Okaaay. I tried to resolve it. I've sent a notarized letter to close my account, and they still haven't responded at all. Nothing. It has been over a month. My daughter had a similar issue where they locked her account while she was out of the country, leaving her in an extremely vulnerable position. Don't trust them.
