- EHEzzattullah HamidiFeb 23, 20241.0I showed up to this bank facility I believe at 2:30 pm however some of the customer was a head of me which was totally fine then letter on a lady show up saying I will taken care of the appointment client first I said ok then waited almost an hour then one more lady show up asking what can I do for you I said I am here to open a business a count then she said well me colleagues is busy I don’t know if he should be able to help you or not I said ok that’s fine I can wait also she told me I can guide through online so me and she went to online she didn’t even know how to do it then I told her I think I should wait for your colleagues she said ok so when her colleague got free form her appointment Clint the time was 3:50 Pm I gets happy I thought she wood come and taken care of my issue then after 10 minutes she sowed up saying what can I do for you I said I am here to open a business a count then she said well I cannot do anything because you have to have an appointment so then I got out too with disappointed hope I think there is no humanity in this bank I know I understand you required an appointment but you should be telling me from beginning then I won’t be staying here in the lobby for almost two damn hours and waisted my damn time I know I was super busy too everyone’s were busy but if you all were telling me from the beginning to leave I won’t be staying here anyway didn’t like this facility I will never ever come back to this bank facility I highly recommend to the people go somewhere else but don’t chose this location cuz they’re terrible in service !
