- TPT PSep 4, 20241.0Horrific Experience! I’ve been a reluctant Wells Fargo customer since they bought out 3 previous banks (over 20 years of continuous banking). Today was the proverbial last straw. Horrible customer service (except Dan…not the manager). Refused to deposit checks for my business that we deposit several times a week. Talking policy rather than 8 years of business checking relationship. We have NEVER been turned down depositing before. Sheriff Dan stepped in and promised to ‘escalate this further for me’ still couldn’t deposit checks, payroll is in two days, but it’s ok, the updated paperwork with corporate should only take 3-5 days. I hope WF joins the long list of corporate banks that have landed in the trash heap. Good riddance.

This location primarily is frequently used as in a great location. It is clean and the staff is always helpful. Offers a variety f services with a great online banking and app function as well as a drive through and in store ATM which also handles deposits of checks and cash.
