They are rude, generally unpleasant, and will gossip about you right in front of you. I changed banks years ago but I work with folks that bank here and have to use their services.

I didn't see it at first, so I contacted this branch as well as another to get this address. This branch directed me to contact a number, that when I called, had nothing to do with banking at BBT. I don't understand why BBT employees don't want to give this out, but I finally was able to find it without help. Very frustrated.
