I have dealt with BBT, now Truist since moving to Wythe Co in 2016. Staff always treats me well and I find the online banking very convenient.

I have met some of the worst bank tellers at the Truist banks in Wytheville than in any other bank ever! They are rude, generally unpleasant, and will gossip about you right in front of you. I changed banks years ago but I work with folks that bank here and have to use their services.

For those of you looking for and address to get in touch with the business for credit disputes, the address can be found on their main website. I didn't see it at first, so I contacted this branch as well as another to get this address. This branch directed me to contact a number, that when I called, had nothing to do with banking at BBT. I don't understand why BBT employees don't want to give this out, but I finally was able to find it without help. Very frustrated.
