Everyone exhibits the orginial hometown atmosphere that a chance meeting with Mr. Carter many, many years ago, promoted. Every customer is treated the same and any questions are addressed as top priority. Their honesty, integrity and attributes should be an example for others to follow. Your not only joining a Financial Institution, your joining a Family that cares. I reccomend Carter Bank to everyone.

They were a decent Bank since the beginning, but the last several years ,not only has things changed in appearance on the inside for the better. The staff and management are fantastic. Thank you Margo for taking the time to explain and help with any questions or problems I have .10 out of 10 .Thank you Carter Bank and trust.

Recently I experienced a mixup and an employee called me right away and we got the issue sorted out while I was on the phone. I like the personal service I received and the employee was so polite. I also like being greeted when I enter the bank. I’ve been a customer of my MD credit union for 50 years and nobody there knows me! I’m so glad to do business with Carter Bank. They have some of the personal touches that have been lost as technology has taken over.
