Vivian Montalvo nicely and respectfully handled this for us in a timely manner. She said we will figure this out in no time she had it complete as my bank as over 35 years of banking with them and I never had a problem before act like I was a problem and never once step up to help. She sent me elsewhere. Also, this was a different bank manager that's been there a few years with no personality. Thank You Vivian for caring about helping your customers.

- ZHZachary HottelMay 26, 20211.0I used to ban here for decades, but no more. BB&T continued to place charges on my account for silly things like not writing enough checks. They eventually stopped refunding them when I complained. All the long term employees who cared about you left. Those who replaced them were so new they could not help or were just interested in selling me something. Inside the building deteroriated and was grungy. Lines were long due to non help. I could go on, but I dont want to waste my time.
