This bank does not support the customer. They would rather act as a corporation, and support their bank regulations. What right does a bank has to freeze and close a customer’s bank account without notice? Not even a phone call or written notice. No access to the account. No accessible funds. Is this communism ? Is this a violation of our constitutional rights? This customer could not even receive the funds from the account that were deserved back. Was left with no money to pay bills. Left with zero money. This is controlling a customers personal finances. This is abhorrent. I am appalled at this bank, it is slow, has rude personnel and does not support their customers, Do not bank at this institution, you will be sorry.

I cannot check my balance. BB&T you would get an automated voice and very easy. I call that number and they tell me long wait to talk to a person. I just want my balance I do not need to talk to a person. I went on line like they suggest and do not see any way to JUST find my balance.
