  Service? One wouldn't know. There was no service. The Woodbridge, Virginia, Marblestone branch, once a haven of cheerful efficiency, has descended into a delightful sort of waiting game, a test in patience like a priest waiting for the resurrection and the embodiment of the source of the waisted time of my adult life. My last three visits, each a pilgrimage of futility intended for a simple deposit, have ended in a similar fashion: me, muttering under my breath, and the bank, utterly devoid of a free soul to whisk away my weighty checks. The tellers, those charming fixtures of yore, have seemingly vanished into thin air except for one sweet soul at the counter and one at the drive-thru. The drive-thru, a snaking serpent of impatient cars, mocks the very notion of swiftness. The Marblestone branch, alas, is a gilded cage for my time, a place where minutes evaporate like the morning dew and my misspent youth. A tidy sum of my deposits, has already taken flight to pastures new. The rest, I daresay, will soon follow, abandoning the stagnant waters of Wells Fargo for shores yet unexplored.

  Would not let me get my money out of my account because they are pos, the teller looked at me with an unprofessional disgust. She and the manager deserve termination of their employment

  Mr. Brian Walbert and Ms. Regina Bennet both assisted me to the fullest extent and I couldn't be more satisfied by their work. They both explained things clearly and worked with me to understand the complicated ins and outs of my mortgage details. I would recommend anyone and everyone to them because their excellent work and amazing,comforting customer service.
