worst bank in the area, unprofessional management, awful banker named Grecia Saldivar who approached me and my husband with such disrespect and attitude. We waited 40 minutes to order foreign currency because one of the tellers Meena Singh assisted us to have a seat for a banker to do it.

This branch is an absolute disaster. I needed a wire transfer few weeks ago and one of the Spanish speaking bankers was rude, completely useless, and acted like helping a client was the biggest inconvenience in the world. The manager? She sits in her office doing absolutely nothing while clients pile up in the waiting chairs, glaring around for someone to assist them, and when she finally shows her face, she’s dismissive and rude. The staff are clueless, the branch is disorganized, nothing gets done efficiently, communication doesn’t exist, and somehow they think this counts as “professional.” It’s laughable. I can’t believe this place is allowed to operate. Avoid it unless you want to waste your time and deal with sheer incompetence.

I have been banking with Truist, Suntrust and Crestar since it opened at Dillingham Square. Their thoughtful staff has bent over backwards to be helpful at every stage of life as our children went off to school, as banking for assisting relatives was needed and most recently managing an estate. I have worked with 6 different staff members in the last two years. Each of them have been expert, highly professional and focused on customer service. I highly recommend Truist in general and the Dillingham branch in particular.
