Then told we should have made two appointments for today because it would take over an hour. Completely unacceptable. Why would I make two back to back appointments for one freaking thing? And WHY???? You don't make two appointments at the doctor for a visit, you don't make two at the dentist for an appointment. Worst bank ever and at my next appointment (which apparently I also need to close the account) it will be my absolute last time dealing with this awful place.

I've never had to wait very much even when the lines are long. No complaints here, and I've been a customer for over 20 years-- back when it was still Wachovia.
